Kazan Aviation Plant (part of PJSC "Tupolev" of the Rostec State Corporation) can become an example of increased labor productivity. This was stated by State Duma deputy from Tatarstan Maxim Topilin.
He recalled that KAZ is in full preparation for the production of Tu-214. So far this is a "one-off" story, but aircraft manufacturers are tasked with producing 20 machines per year.
And at one Kazan Aviation Plant, if you abstract from everything, labor productivity in the aircraft industry will increase 10 times in, God willing, 2-3 years. This is a simple direct calculation. Maybe it can be considered more correctly, but at the same time...
Let us remind you that in order to increase the production of Tu-214 at KAZ, production facilities are being modernized andincreased. Also the certification of modern Russian systems for new serial machines continues.
However, industry experts warned that in order to reach serial volumes, the production of Tu-214 needs not just to be modernized, but actually redesigned.
So far, the production rates of "carcasses" are not impressive - in 2025 in Kazan only one Tu-214 will be produced, although they originally planned to assemble three.
