The Ufa enterprise "UEC-UMPO" (part of the United Engine Corporation) continues to hire employees in accordance with staffing needs. This was stated to "Perviy Technicheskiy" in the company's press service.
"UEC-UMPO" emphasized that the key task of the enterprise is to fulfill the production plan in full and on time.
To solve this problem, we continue to hire employees in accordance with staffing needs.
Currently, "UEC-UMPO" primarily needs basic production workers — turners, milling machine operators, operators of numerically controlled machines, general-purpose machinists, and grinders.
The press service added that "UEC-UMPO" does not need to hire auxiliary personnel: the divisions are staffed with all the necessary specialists.
As a reminder, information previously appeared on the Web that "UEC-UMPO" had allegedly suspended the hiring of personnel of all categories, except for basic production workers.
"UEC-UMPO" is the largest plant in Russia for the production of turbojet aircraft engines. The main products are units for aircraft of the Su-27 family (AL-31F engine), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP engines), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S), Su-57 (AL-41F-1). Engines for civil aviation — ПД-14 for the MC-21 aircraft.
Last week, "UEC-UMPO" was included in the 19th package of EU sanctions restrictions.
