PJSC "ODK-Ufa Engine-Building Production Association" ("ODK-UMPO", part of the United Engine Corporation) is expanding its production. Currently, the company, which employs more than 25 thousand people, requires about 2.9 thousand new employees. Thus, about 10.3% of vacancies remain unfilled.
The plant most needs versatile machinists — 250 employees, and turners — 260 employees. For candidates for the nine most sought-after specialties, ODK-UMPO is ready to pay from 70 thousand rubles; such a salary is offered to controllers of locksmith and machine tool work, as well as up to 133 thousand rubles to grinders.
ODK-UMPO also requires:
- turners (260 employees, 114 thousand rubles);
- fitters for mechanical assembly work (190 places, 126 thousand rubles);
- CNC operators (180 vacancies, 126 thousand rubles);
- machine operators (250 employees, 105 thousand rubles);
- grinders (110 employees, 133 thousand rubles).
The main products of ODK-UMPO are turbojet aircraft engines: for aircraft of the Su-27 family (AL-31F engine), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP engines), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S), Su-57 (AL-41F-1). Engines for civil aviation — PD-14 for the MC-21 aircraft.
