Promising models UAZ "Patriot" and UAZ "Pickup" are undergoing comprehensive testing in Ulyanovsk with a new 2.0-liter diesel engine and a 6-speed transmission.
The manufacturer plans to test the cars in a variety of conditions - from high-speed tracks to off-road, sand and mud.
The purpose of the tests is 100 thousand kilometers of real operation to assess the durability of all components and on-board systems. Special attention is paid to the power unit with a torque of 320 Nm, which should ensure confident movement on any surface.
According to UAZ, the cars have already covered tens of thousands of kilometers and are demonstrating impressive results. The tests confirm the high performance characteristics of the models and their readiness for operation in Russian conditions.
