The corporation faces the task of not only current leadership, but also long-term technological superiority, noted Vadim Badeha, General Director of UAC.

This requires deep integration of industry and the education system.

MAI and UAC cooperate in research and development projects. Every year, more than 300 MAI graduates start working in the corporation's divisions.

The training of engineers will ensure the timely introduction of new technologies into serial and promising aircraft, including the MC-21, Superjet-100, and Il-114-300. Each new specialist is a contribution to the future of Russian aviation.

The Russian aviation industry will begin developing a new generation of civil aircraft from 2028–2029. The project will rely on new technological structures, noted Andrey Dutov, General Director of the National Research Center "Zhukovsky Institute".

Earlier, www1.ru reported that ODK has accelerated the welding of parts for the PD-8 and PD-14 engines by 10 times.
