According to the arbitration case files, in April 2025, KVZ had already filed a lawsuit against Thommen Aircraft Equipment Ag to recover the amount of the advance payment for goods under a contract for €17.3 thousand (about 1.6 million rubles).
The defendant did not appear at the court hearing in May. The consideration of the case in the preliminary court hearing was eventually postponed to December 23, 2025.
Thommen Aircraft Equipment Ag is a manufacturer of aviation computers and displays, chronographs and digital clocks for helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles and fixed-wing aircraft.
KVZ is the only enterprise in the industry in Russia with a full cycle of creating rotary-wing machines. In total, the plant has built about 12 thousand helicopters, and more than 4 thousand machines have been exported to almost 100 countries. Currently, the company's workshops are building "Ansats", Mi-8 and Mi-17.
