Operators of the Rubicon center of the Russian Ministry of Defense began delivering the VT-40 FPV drone (Vladlen Tatarsky) using the Molniya fixed-wing drone. This was reported by the defense department.
The FPV drone successfully completed a combat mission, hitting a pickup truck and a temporary deployment point of the enemy.
The Molniya drone was developed by Kronstadt on its own initiative. Its mock-up was presented to the Ministry of Defense in 2021. The drone delivers TM-62M mines.

The modified Molniya-2 drone covers a distance of up to 60 km at a speed of 120 km/h. Flight altitude - up to 400 m.
VT-40 was developed by specialists of the "Russian Drone" project. Its production was established in 2023. The FPV drone is capable of carrying up to 2.5 kg of payload over a distance of up to 12 km
