At the "StroyDorexpo" exhibition, a new excavator-planner was presented, named "Staratel" (UDS-4321-5) and built on the KAMAZ-43118 chassis. The manufacturer, "VolgoInvest", emphasizes that this is a completely domestic development, created taking into account advanced global technologies and the specifics of operation in Russian conditions.
The excavator is designed for complex earthworks, and in combination with mounted additional equipment and tools, it is used in the development of trenches, canals, at construction sites, during work on the maintenance of engineering networks, as well as the repair of gas and oil pipelines.
The chassis has a 6x6 wheel configuration and is equipped with a 300-horsepower KAMAZ 740 engine. The total weight of the machine is 21.5 tons, the drive of the excavator superstructure is carried out from the chassis engine.
The special equipment is capable of operating with a capacity of up to 115 cubic meters per hour, the maximum digging depth is up to 4.9 meters, the radius is 10.1 m. The maximum lifting capacity on the bucket with a fully extended boom with a working area of 360 degrees is 999 kg.
