Russia has managed to almost completely modernize its nuclear arsenal, Lieutenant General Andrew Gebara, Deputy Chief of Staff of the US Air Force for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, said at a video seminar at the American Institute of Aerospace Research named after Mitchell.
According to him, funds for nuclear deterrence are still being allocated, and have a higher priority than all other military spending.
Russia's nuclear deterrent forces are almost completely modernized. They have been doing this for a long time.
Gebara also stressed that no conflicts have weakened Russia's nuclear potential.
It should be noted that over the past three years, Russia has launched serial production and put the Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missiles on combat duty. Serial production of Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missiles has been launched, and the Burevestnik global-range missile system is in full development.
