Specialists of "ODK-Klimov" (part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec) will improve the design and software of the TV7-117ST-01 aircraft engine for the Il-114-300 aircraft. This was reported by the ODK press service.

The Sokol Nizhny Novgorod Aircraft Plant previously put into operation a new production line for the production of Il-114-300. This step significantly improved the quality and efficiency of manufacturing aircraft fuselage sections, ensuring their compliance with modern aviation standards.
Features of the TV7-117ST-01 aircraft engine:
High fuel efficiency, increased take-off power, self-diagnosis equipment, FADEC digital automatic control system, a digital twin that allows for computational studies to optimize engine design.
