A court in Switzerland has frozen the accounts of the world's largest titanium producer, VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, according to lawyer Alexander Zabeida.
According to him, Interlink, the company that initiated the proceedings in Switzerland, insists that all commercial issues regarding profit distribution be considered exclusively in commercial courts.
Zabeida emphasized that the intervention of law enforcement agencies in the dispute between economic entities is a manifestation of unfair competition and a violation of international business etiquette.
VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation has already smelted its millionth titanium ingot. The material, weighing 5.2 thousand kg of the highest quality, was obtained by smelting for eight hours at a temperature of over 3 thousand degrees.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the production of systems for Il-114-300 and MS-21-310 has been expanded in Nizhny Novgorod.
