Russia's largest airline, Aeroflot, is in talks to potentially lease approximately 7,300 square meters in the Mercedes-Benz Plaza business center, located on Leningradsky Prospekt in Moscow, near the Airport metro station. Sources familiar with the situation report this.
The choice of this business center is due to its prime location in one of the capital's most popular business districts. This makes it attractive to companies seeking efficient business operations.
According to sources, Aeroflot plans to sublease these areas from Avtodom. A representative of Avtodom confirmed that such a deal is being considered but did not specify with whom negotiations are underway.
Some Avtodom employees have already moved to new offices in Veshki, Moscow region, which may indicate upcoming changes in the company's structure. Aeroflot did not respond to a request regarding leasing plans, leaving open the question of whether it will be an independent lease or a deal with one of its subsidiaries.
The Mercedes-Benz Plaza business center was built in 2004 and has a total area of 16,480 square meters. It is currently owned by Metrika Investments, part of the Rossium concern, headed by Sergei Sudarikov.
