Modern CNC machine triples metal processing speed at Lipetsk Mechanical Plant

The equipment performs turning and milling operations in a single cycle

At the Lipetsk Mechanical Plant (part of the Kalashnikov concern), a modern CNC turning machine launched this year has almost tripled the execution of complex operations in the mechanical workshop in six months of operation. The equipment has already significantly increased production efficiency and expanded metalworking capabilities.

The machine is equipped with a high-speed spindle, a multi-position head, and a driven tool, which allows turning and milling operations to be performed without readjustment. This reduces workpiece downtime and speeds up the production of parts.

Automatic workpiece feeding allows for the production of large batches with high productivity.
