FSUE "Rosmorport" is holding an electronic auction for the purchase of new lifeboats and launching devices with winches for the icebreaker "Kapitan Khlebnikov". The initial contract value exceeds 130 million rubles.
As part of the draft agreement, it is planned to supply four new lifeboats, each with a capacity of 45 people, with a full set of rescue equipment and winches. Two of the lifeboats must be equipped to perform duty functions. The deadline for completing the procurement work is no more than 12 months from the date of signing the contract. The lifeboats will be delivered to berth No. 6, Cape Pospelova, Russky Island, Vladivostok.
The icebreaker "Kapitan Khlebnikov", launched in 1981 at the Finnish shipyard Wartsila, has the following parameters: class КМ ЛЛ3 А2 (passenger), length 129.1 m, width 26.75 m, height of борта 12.3 m, draft 8.5 m. Its carrying capacity is 4418 tons, and the total engine power reaches 18264 kW, allowing it to develop an operational speed of up to 18 knots.
