Rossiya Airlines has filed a lawsuit to recover funds from the subsidiary of PJSC Yakovlev - Rapart Services LLC, according to the files of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The St. Petersburg-based airline filed a claim for 472 million rubles this spring, but there is no information on the reasons for the debt in the case file yet.
It is likely that Rossiya's claims may be related to the Superjet 100, of which it has 78 in its fleet.
The aircraft manufacturer is PJSC Yakovlev, and the main activity of Rapart Services is wholesale trade in machinery and equipment, according to the Kontur.Focus service database.
Earlier www1.ru reported that deliveries of parts for Superjets will increase by 2.5 times.
