Производитель авиадвигателей ПД-8 и ПД-14 предъявил иски на 1,2 млрд рублей

Sberbank, Sovcombank, and Ingo Bank will appear as defendants in court

The United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec) has filed three lawsuits with the Moscow Arbitration Court for a total of over 1.2 billion rubles. The defendants in the case are Sberbank, Sovcombank, and Ingo Bank.

The court has not yet accepted the claims for consideration. The largest claim, for 668 million rubles, was filed against Sovcombank. UEC is demanding 452 million rubles from Sberbank, and the claims against Ingo are estimated at 100 million rubles.

The Yekaterinburg-based company Nartex, which performs construction, installation, design, and repair work, will become a third party in the process.

In August 2023, UEC concluded a contract with Nartex, but terminated it in June 2025. The contractor's obligations were secured by bank guarantees from Sberbank, VTB, Sovcombank, and Ingo Bank.

UEC is the manufacturer of PD-8 and PD-14 aircraft engines for SJ-100 and MS-21-310 airliners.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the aircraft pump for the MS-21, SJ-100, and Tu-214 has become 17% lighter.
