Власти выделят Минпромторгу до 3 млрд рублей на поддержку судостроительной отрасли

Funds will be used to compensate for loan costs in the face of economic instability

The Russian government will allocate up to 3 billion rubles to the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2025 to support the shipbuilding industry. This decision was made due to the increase in the key rate, which may negatively affect the development of the sector.

According to the decree signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the funds will be directed to subsidies for Russian organizations. They will help compensate for part of the costs of paying interest on loans received from 2009 to 2025, as well as lease payments for civilian vessels.

The allocated funds will allow fulfilling obligations under at least 70 agreements related to loans, leasing, and installment payments. The Ministry of Industry and Trade will monitor the use of these funds and must submit a report to the government by February 1, 2026.
