Specialists of the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) have started assembling the third flying prototype of the LMS-901 Baikal light aircraft at the Nizhny Novgorod site. In June, they mated the fuselage of the new aircraft.
Thanks to the assembly equipment, the стыковка is carried out with high accuracy, ensures interchangeability and correct installation of airframe units. The equipment is set up using modern technologies with the use of laser tracking.
The successful стыковка was preceded by thorough multi-stage preparation. Employees of the enterprise manufactured and стыковкаed panels, forming three compartments, after the installation of which in the general assembly slipway, the стыковка process, which took several hours, began.
The site has everything you need - a 500-ton press, a stretching machine and other equipment.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia is launching Il-114-300 to replace An-24: regional aviation is gaining support.
