The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a new lawsuit seeking to recover 29 million rubles from OJSC "Perm Telephone Plant "Telta," the Moscow Arbitration Court reported.
The statement of claim has not yet been accepted by the court for consideration. Details of the requirements are currently unknown.
OJSC "Perm Telephone Plant "Telta" is a supplier of communication devices. The Investigative Committee of Russia previously opened a criminal case into the theft of more than 48 million rubles during the execution of a state defense order against the company's founder, Igor Morozov, his deputy, Alexei Vysokov, and the company's chief accountant, Elena Grishina.
