Strike drone adapted to destroy BEC kamikaze

Zala's Lancet loitering munitions are being adapted to engage small, high-speed naval targets, such as unmanned boats (BECs), according to Alexander Stepanov, a military expert at the Institute of Law and National Security of the RANEPA.

According to him, this indicates an increase in accuracy and the possible introduction of artificial intelligence algorithms for correction during target tracking and engagement.

"Lancets, which were previously used primarily to engage armored vehicles, are now being adapted to destroy naval targets, and high-speed and fairly compact ones, such as BECs.
