The world-class scientific center "Center for Intelligent Unmanned Aircraft Systems," being created in the Samara region, will receive 2 billion rubles of federal funds by 2030. This was announced by the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.
According to him, the funds will be directed towards the creation and implementation of intelligent technologies in the field of development, production, and operation of unmanned aircraft systems.
The center will be created on the basis of Samara University named after Korolev and Togliatti State University, scientific organizations, including the State Research Institute of Aviation Systems and the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics, as well as the company "Transport of the Future."
