Aquatics-Pro presented a new Borey immersion suit for helicopter passengers at the HeliRussia exhibition, the manufacturer's press service reported.
Aquatics-Pro became the first company in the country to start mass production of immersion suits for personnel transported to offshore platforms and surface structures.
The basic design of the suit is adapted to the nature of movements on board and provides protection against hypothermia for 6 hours. The hood protects against splashes, and the inflatable element built into the collar provides positive buoyancy.
The suit is designed for use without a life jacket and is equipped with an emergency breathing system with compressed air, an emergency flashlight, a safety sling with a floating hook for hooking into groups, and a lifting belt for evacuation. An antenna module for a personal search beacon (GLONASS/GPS/AIS) is optionally available.
Earlier www1.ru reported that showed Helicopters of Russia at the LIMA-2025 exhibition.
