The Tonar machine-building plant (Moscow region) hosted its annual presentation of new equipment. The main novelty was the Tonar-7504 mining dump truck with a 6×4 wheel arrangement and a payload capacity of 55 tons.
Tonar-7504 is designed for operation in quarries, coal mines and in construction. The machine occupies an intermediate niche between conventional road trucks and large mining dump trucks, offering a robust design and relatively low cost. Two body options are available: a standard 38 m³ for rock and an enlarged 42.5 m³ for coal.
In addition, the Tonar SH3D-33 dump semi-trailer with dual-tire configuration was presented. This design reduces tire wear and operating costs. The semi-trailer is suitable for tractors with 4×2 and 6×4 configurations.
The agricultural line has been expanded with the four-axle Tonar-95991 grain carrier with a volume of 50 m³. It is equipped with a Hyfix fixing system and a lightweight awning. Also, the VT5 conveyor has been developed for BS17 and BS18 trailers for reloading sugar beets into piles.
