Первое электрическое судно проекта ТФРП.401 «Москва 2.0» спущено на воду: «Стрельна» выходит на маршруты Невы

Russian Shipyard "Emperium" Presents Innovative Electric-Powered Pleasure Craft

On May 21, 2025, the first vessel of the new generation "Moscow 2.0" – the electric "Strelna" – was launched at the "Emperium" shipyard in the Leningrad Region. This is a landmark event for Russian shipbuilding, as the project combines modern energy-efficient technologies and a retro design inspired by the legendary Soviet motor ships.

"Strelna" is a fully electric vessel with a backup diesel generator for autonomy in areas without charging infrastructure. The vessel project was created by Sitronics Group. This is an improved version of the electric vessels of the TFRП.401 "Sinichka" project. The main difference is the increased capacity and size. The vessel's hull is made of steel and aluminum.

Characteristics of the "Moscow 2.0" type vessel:

  • RCO Class: Р1,2
  • Overall length: 32.8 meters
  • Overall width: 8 meters
  • Board height: 2.05 meters
  • Draft: 1.2 meters
  • Above-water clearance (empty): 5.7 meters
  • Speed: 18.5 km/h
  • Battery capacity: from 300 kW to 1000 kW
  • Number and power of rudder propellers: 2x200 kW
  • Crew: 10 people
  • Passenger capacity: 130 people

The design of "Strelna" is a modern interpretation of the Soviet motor ship "Moscow" R-51. While retaining the recognizable upper deck with a canopy, the engineers completely redesigned the structure.

The company «ВодоходЪ», to which the vessel will be transferred in June 2025, plans to actively use "Strelna" in its fleet. By 2030, "Emperium" intends to build up to 25 such vessels.
