Security forces filed a lawsuit against an engineer from the Ryazan Instrument Plant

The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia has initiated a lawsuit demanding that the patent for the homing system used in military helicopters be recognized as belonging to the state. The lawsuit was filed against Vladimir German, an engineer from the State Ryazan Instrument Plant, which is part of the Rostec concern.

The prosecutor's office insists that Russia be recognized as the sole owner of the patent for this invention. The security forces demand that the patent obtained by Vladimir German as the copyright holder be annulled.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office, together with the Ministry of Defense, filed a lawsuit with the Intellectual Property Court against German. The man holds the position of leading engineer at the plant. The company specializes in the production of radar systems and communications equipment, and is also part of the Radioelectronic Technologies concern, which is controlled by the Rostec state corporation.
