Unique Technology for Modeling Automotive Engines Developed in Russia

Innovative method will ensure effective management of the crystallization process of alloys

An innovative modeling method has been developed in Russia that is capable of ensuring effective management of the crystallization process of alloys used in the production of engines, including automotive ones.

The method is a computer program that allows you to develop a key stage in the production of cast parts before the start of real production.

The authors of the domestic know-how from the South Ural State University believe that its use will significantly improve the quality of alloys used in the production of power units.

We were the first to solve the scientific problem of high-precision forecasting of the physical and mechanical characteristics of aluminum alloy castings. We have patented a unique method for modeling the crystallization of alloys for engine production, patented the corresponding computer program, which can now be used in industrial enterprises, significantly reducing the amount of defective parts.
