A surveillance procedure has been introduced against the leading research institute of the radio-electronic industry (JSC "NIISSU", part of JSC "Concern Sozvezdie" of the Rostec State Corporation). In six months, the company may be declared bankrupt.
Bailiffs are conducting 92 enforcement proceedings for the amount of 494.6 million rubles, of which more than 450 million have not been repaid. There are also so-called unlitigated debts for several tens of millions.
The bankruptcy case against JSC "NIISSU" was opened at the beginning of 2024, but for various reasons it was delayed. Now the parent organization, JSC "Concern Sozvezdie", which owns 90% of the share in the capital of the Research Institute, has initiated the bankruptcy.
JSC "NIISSU" was established in 1977, the company creates specialized control systems and means of their protection for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and other law enforcement agencies.
In particular, the "Redut-2US" and "Andromeda-D" complexes provide for the deployment of an integrated digital field communication system of the operational-strategic control links and the creation of an automated control system for the Airborne Forces units.
