Perm-based JSC "UEC-Aviadvigatel" has extended the powers of the management organization, which is the United Engine Corporation (UEC). This decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held in absentia.
The only item on the agenda was the extension of the powers of the management organization, which was again approved as UEC. 99.9% of the meeting participants voted for this decision.
The term for which the enterprise management is extended is not specified in the official documents. The previous agreement for the management of JSC "UEC-Aviadvigatel" with UEC was valid from 2019.
"UEC-Aviadvigatel" specializes in the development, maintenance, and serial production of aircraft engines, industrial power plants, and gas turbine units based on aviation technologies. The company designed the PD-14 engine for the prospective MC-21 aircraft.
