Perm JSC "UEC-Aviadvigatel" has extended the powers of the managing organization, which is the United Engine Corporation (UEC). This decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held in absentia.
The only item on the agenda was the extension of the powers of the managing organization, which was again approved as UEC. This decision was supported by 99.9% of the meeting participants.
The term for which the enterprise management is extended is not specified in the official documents. The previous agreement for the management of JSC "UEC-Aviadvigatel" with UEC was valid from 2019.
"UEC-Aviadvigatel" specializes in the development, maintenance, and serial production of aircraft engines, industrial power plants, and gas turbine units based on aviation technologies. The company designed the PD-14 engine for the prospective MC-21 aircraft.
