The fifth patrol ship "Viktor Veliky" of Project 22160 has begun undergoing factory sea trials, which will take place in the Baltic Sea. The ship left the outfitting berth of the Kronstadt Marine Plant on February 8, 2025.

The patrol ship, built at the Zelenodolsk Shipyard named after M. Gorky, was launched on May 7, 2024, after which it was towed to the Baltic for completion, a full range of tests and commissioning.

In the Baltic, the corvette will undergo factory sea trials, and then state trials. "Viktor Veliky" is the fifth in a series of six ships ordered by the Ministry of Defense for the Black Sea Fleet in 2014, the lead patrol ship is "Vasily Bykov".
