Wildberries is testing a new feature in the app: now customers can leave tips for managers of order pick-up points and couriers. The maximum amount is 1000 rubles. So far, the service is only available to some users.
The RVB company (United company Wildberries and Russ) is launching the "Tips" service in a test format. Buyers will be able to additionally thank the managers of pick-up points and marketplace couriers for good service.
You can leave a tip through the mobile application within a week after receiving the order. The option will appear at the stage of evaluating delivery or service at the order pick-up point. The maximum tip amount is up to one thousand rubles. The money will be debited from the bank card linked to the account. But in the future, you will be able to leave tips using the "WB Wallet".
The new service will soon be available to users of the Wildberries mobile application on iOS and Android after updating to the latest version.
Earlier, Wildberries introduced a new system that does not allow making purchases with stolen cards. The service automatically blocks such transactions at the checkout stage. This will help users save more than 60 million rubles a year and make shopping on the platform safer.
