Total Video Surveillance: Moscow Connects Private Cameras to the Unified GIS ECDH System

Moscow integrates private video systems into the city infrastructure

Cloud video surveillance platforms in Moscow can now connect to the Unified Data Storage and Processing Center (GIS ECDH). This will allow private video systems to be integrated into the capital's infrastructure.

The first partner was Ivideon, which allows its clients from residential complexes, offices, shopping centers and other facilities to transmit video streams to the city system without the need to purchase servers or rent channels.

The integration allows recordings from private cameras to be made available in the GIS ECDH. In the event of offenses or disputes, residents can contact the hotline to reserve archives. After receiving the application number, the recording will be available to law enforcement agencies.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the Ministry of Digital Development will create a video surveillance platform using artificial intelligence.
