A mass failure occurred in the operation of Internet services in Russia. The reason for the failure was explained by Roskomnadzor.
The reason was an accident on the main network of one of the telecom operators. As of 14:00, the accident has been eliminated.
Problems with Internet access began around 12:00 Moscow time. Complaints were received from users in Moscow, the Moscow region, Kirov, Tver, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod regions and other regions. Russians faced difficulties using social networks, search engines, gaming platforms, Google resources, operator account and banking platforms.
The failure lasted about two hours, but access to services is gradually being restored.
