Russian loitering munitions "Lancet" carry powerful warheads that are capable of literally piercing the targets they attack. A video has appeared online showing the capabilities of the drone.
A reconnaissance UAV of the Russian army tracked down a 2S22 "Bohdana" artillery unit on the chassis of a Czech high- проходимости 8x8 Tatra T815-7 vehicle, after which a lightning strike followed in the side projection of the vehicle.
The cumulative jet not only pierced the self-propelled gun through, but also retained its penetrating power for about 20 meters. As a result, the "Bohdana" completely burned down and was abandoned by its crew.
The "Lancet" is equipped with a television communication channel and several types of guidance systems, through which the target image is transmitted to the operator. The loitering munition is capable of hitting targets within a radius of up to 40 km, its maximum take-off weight is 12 kg.
Earlier www1.ru wrote that the "ZooPark-1M" radar turned into a god of counter-battery warfare. The system is designed to reconnoiter the positions of enemy fire weapons, including MLRS, mortar and artillery positions, air defense systems and tactical missile launchers.
