Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (JSC "IMZ", part of the "Kalashnikov" concern) has improved the technological process of manufacturing sets of mechanical parts for unguided aviation missiles (NAR).
The production of components for this product has significantly increased thanks to the implemented changes. The coating scheme for metal parts has been changed in their production: resource-intensive metal galvanizing processes have been replaced with phosphating.
This innovation has been agreed with the developer, it does not affect the operational and quality characteristics of the product. This made it possible to significantly increase the production of sets of mechanical parts for NAR without purchasing a new electroplating line. A positive effect was also a significant reduction in energy consumption and labor intensity of the process, as well as material consumption of the coating.
Phosphating is an electrochemical or chemical treatment of metal elements in order to increase their electrical insulation properties, improve wear resistance and hardness, and resistance to corrosion.
Earlier www1.ru reported that naval artillery AK-100 and AK-630 were involved in repelling drone attacks. Surface targets were also destroyed by fire from large-caliber machine guns and small arms.
