Serial production of the heavy fixed-wing kamikaze drone "Privet-82XL" has begun in Russia. This is a fixed-wing UAV with a warhead of up to 10 kg, according to the "Oko" design bureau.
The launch of serial production of the drone is being prepared. The new heavyweight has already been flown; it is already an operating aircraft.
The source added that the strike drone will be able to deliver unexpected strikes deep behind enemy lines. Thanks to its increased power, the "Privet-82XL" will hit temporary deployment points and enemy strongholds.
The main differences between the new drone and the previous model "Privet-82" are its dimensions, which are significantly larger, as well as an increased compartment for the warhead. In addition, the new product received three engines.
