The Russian "Privet-82" strike drone of aircraft type will receive a "Baklan-1" controller adapted to military needs. The novelty was presented at the "Oko" design bureau.
The controller is a board with standard connectors that is easy to mass-produce and install.
The flight controllers on the market are small compact products, which is good for small drones, but complicates the installation process in the case of large aircraft.
"Baklan-1" allows remote activation and deactivation of the payload, and the power circuit used in the controller eliminates interference in the video signal from the engine operation.
Characteristics of the "Privet-82" UAV project:
- Motor — electric
- Flight range — up to 30 km
- Payload — up to 5.5 kg (82 mm mine)
- Takeoff — automatic, from a catapult
- Flight speed — up to 140 km/h (horizontally), 90 km/h (cruising)
- Variant of used frequencies — 980MHz (control) + 1.2GHz (video)
- Guidance — manually, via video signal; via GPS with autonomous flight
Earlier www1.ru reported that Russian military personnel installed the MT-12 "Rapira" anti-tank gun on a high-speed MT-LB tracked vehicle. This is how they solved the transportation of the gun.
