UAC, together with Russian IT companies, is developing an industry digital environment for the design, testing, and production of aircraft based on domestic software products, according to the head of the corporation, Yuri Slyusar, on the sidelines of the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (CIPR-2024) conference.
The transition to Russian software is overseen by the Industrial Competence Center "Aircraft Construction," headed by Slyusar. The center is implementing three major projects. The first of these is a PLM system (Product Lifecycle Management) based on the T-FLEX PLM platform (developer "Top Systems").
According to Slyusar, in May, the corporation will complete the preparation of a technical project and proceed to the pilot operation of the PLM system. With its help, engineers will be able to design individual units, systems, elements of the fuselage, and the aircraft's airframe.
We have the personnel. Most employees have IT competencies.
He emphasized that the task remains to develop a module for designing composite products for aircraft.
ERP Platform and Virtual Modeling Complex
In addition, the "Aircraft Construction" center is developing an import-independent ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) "heavy class" system on the 1C platform. Its scope will include modules for managing material and technical resources and the quality of finished products.
The third project is being implemented by TsAGI specialists in the interests of defense industry enterprises (DIC). This involves a software and hardware complex for virtual modeling based on "LOGOS" (developed by Rosatom, industrial CAE-class software).
