Engineers of the Moscow company GC SOZ have modified the hypersensitive "Repeynik" radars, combining them with portable mobile electronic warfare units. This resulted in the most effective drone detection and elimination system to date, the "Peroed-M".
Technical characteristics of "Peroed-M":
- Drone detection range - up to 15 km
- Maximum UAV detection altitude - up to 5 km
- Protection against electronic intelligence
- Suppression range - up to 2.5 thousand m
"Peroed-M" was tested at the Main Directorate of Innovative Development of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Instrumental control of the device was carried out at the scientific center of the Zhukovsky Air Force Academy in Voronezh.
Engineers have finalized the system taking into account the recommendations of the military, adding a remote control and transmitters of relevant frequency ranges. Now "Peroed-M" can suppress FPV drones, medium and large UAVs. It has been sent to mass production.
