The Russian Rossa car was developed by a team of engineers. The chief designer of the project was Igor Ermilin, and Dmitry Krylov was responsible for the design of the sports car. Students and graduates of the Moscow Polytechnic University also participated in the work on Rossa. The photos that appeared on the Web show the process of assembling a racing car.
Ermilin began сотрудничать with the Polytechnic in 2018. He helped organize a sports transport laboratory at the university. Over the years, members of the laboratory have implemented several major projects, but the most famous of them is Rossa.
According to the designer, the pictures were taken in late 2020 - early 2021. A year ago, Rossa was transferred to the customer, now the metropolitan university has nothing to do with the project.
In November, racer Roman Rusinov shared details about Rossa. According to him, this is still a prototype, but the creators are seriously thinking about using the car in GT2/GT3 class races.
Technical characteristics of Rossa:
- Maximum speed - up to 380 km/h
- Acceleration to 100 km/h - in 3.2 s
- Engine - 5.2-liter V10
The car may cost up to 800 thousand euros.
