Samara Bearing Plant "SPZ-4", involved in the infamous case of supplying Chinese counterfeit products for the aircraft carrier "Admiral Kuznetsov", faced new tax claims totaling 60 million rubles. The FNS has already issued a collection order for the automatic debiting of funds from the company's accounts.

SPZ-4 filed the first lawsuit against Interdistrict Inspectorate No. 1 of the FNS in June. The company is challenging the decision to bring it to justice and collect 45.2 million rubles.

The FNS No. 23 filed a second lawsuit for 14.5 million rubles on August 28. The nature of the new claims has not yet been disclosed.

The investigation believes that low-quality bearings of Chinese origin were supplied to "Proletarsky Zavod" under the guise of Russian-made products.

They were intended for the arrester gear – a system of the aircraft carrier "Admiral Kuznetsov" used to slow down aircraft when landing on the deck of the Project 1143.5 ship. The total damage from the supply of counterfeit products to enterprises of the defense-industrial complex could exceed 1 billion rubles.
