The Nizhny Novgorod plant Gidromash named after V. I. Luzyanin is carrying out a large-scale reconstruction of its production. Over the past 3 years, the enterprise has acquired machines worth more than 1 billion rubles, said Technical Director Alexander Mitin.
According to him, the machines are updated annually to meet all customer requirements within the framework of the State Armaments Program until 2030.
Unfortunately, not all needs can be met by our machine tool industry, but most can. Over the past three years, more than 30 units of new equipment worth more than a billion rubles have been purchased. This includes not only machine tools, but also special equipment.
The updates at the enterprise concern not only the production itself, Mitin explained. Extensive work is being carried out at the enterprise to repair and insulate buildings, and outdated communications are being replaced.
Recall that Gidromash designs and manufactures landing gear for the new Russian aircraft MS-21-310, Il-114-300, and LMS-901 Baikal.
