The Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau has received new legal claims. A lawsuit for over 16.7 million rubles has been filed with the Arbitration Court of the Tula Region.

The plaintiff is OOO "SVT"; details of the claims have not yet been disclosed. The statement was registered on August 12, and the date of the first hearing has not yet been set.

KBP named after Shipunov is the developer of well-known weapon systems, including the Pantsir air defense system and Kornet complexes. Previously, the enterprise had already faced large financial claims, including lawsuits for tens and hundreds of millions of rubles from other industrial companies.

In early February, the company lost a lawsuit in court to PAO "Imperial Tula Arms Plant" for 425 million rubles. Also, the Ministry of Defense won a case against the plant for 3 billion rubles.

One of the most active plaintiffs against KBP is Tulamashzavod. Since March 2025, the enterprise has filed 10 lawsuits against the "Shipunovtsy", and the total amount of claims exceeded 2.1 billion rubles.
