Tulamashzavod has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court to recover 1.29 billion rubles from JSC "Instrument Design Bureau named after Academician A.G. Shipunov." The documents have already been registered in the court, and a date for consideration has not yet been set.
Apparently, the trial will be closed to the press, like previous similar cases. The consideration of the claim should take place in the coming days. It is likely that we are talking about the implementation of a major state defense order.
The Shipunov Design Bureau began operations in 1927. Currently, the company produces high-precision anti-aircraft missile systems "Pantsir-M", artillery systems "Krasnopol", anti-tank missile systems "Kornet", missile systems "Hermes-A", fire control systems "Berezhok" and "Bakhcha-U".
Earlier www1.ru reported that Rostec revealed the features of the Malka howitzer after modernization.
