С производителя ракет «Краснополь» и систем «Бережок» потребовали 1,29 млрд рублей в суде

JSC "AK "Tulamashzavod" and the Shipunov Design Bureau reached the Arbitration Court

Tulamashzavod has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court to recover 1.29 billion rubles from JSC "Instrument Design Bureau named after Academician A.G. Shipunov." The documents have already been registered in the court, and a date for the hearing has not yet been set.

Apparently, the trial will be closed to the press, as were previous similar cases. The hearing of the claim should take place in the coming days. It is likely that it concerns the implementation of a major state defense order.

The Shipunov Design Bureau began operations in 1927. Currently, the company produces high-precision anti-aircraft missile systems "Pantsir-M", artillery systems "Krasnopol", anti-tank missile systems "Kornet", missile systems "Hermes-A", fire control systems "Berezhok" and "Bakhcha-U".
