The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a lawsuit by the Ministry of Defense of Russia to recover about 111 million rubles from the manufacturer of air defense systems, PJSC "Scientific and Production Association (NPO) "Almaz" named after Academician A.A. Raspletin."
The statement of claim was filed with the court on March 4, and it has not yet been accepted for consideration. The grounds for the claims and other details of the case have not yet been provided.
NPO "Almaz" was founded in 1947, the company is a systemically important enterprise of the military-industrial complex of Russia. It is part of the Almaz-Antey concern.
Among the landmark developments of "Almaz" is the family of multi-channel anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) S-300P and S-400 "Triumph". The company also produces meteorological radars, airfield radar systems and air traffic control systems.
