The Tula enterprise "Tulamashzavod" has filed a lawsuit against JSC "KBP im. Academician A.G. Shipunova". The amount of the claim is 59 million rubles, the information was posted in the card index of the Arbitration Court of the Tula region.
The date for the case hearing has not yet been set, and there are no details on the merits of the process. Its consideration, like all similar cases, will almost certainly take place in a closed session.
It can be assumed that this is about a violation of contractual obligations under contracts concluded between the enterprises, or about the recovery of a penalty.
KBP Shipunova produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems and Kornet anti-tank systems.
The Design Bureau has become a frequent participant in legal proceedings. In early February, the company lost a lawsuit in court to PAO "Imperial Tula Arms Plant" for a claim of 425 million rubles. Also, the Ministry of Defence won a case against the plant for 3 billion rubles.
