"Sber" has introduced "GigaAgent" – a universal autonomous AI assistant designed to handle entire workflows rather than individual requests. The company refers to the development as Russia's answer to OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and NemoClaw.

The agent can work with calendars and documents, manage correspondence, search and analyze information, and prepare reports and presentations. Unlike a regular chatbot, it retains context after restarting, independently breaks down complex assignments into stages, and can simultaneously perform several related tasks. If information is insufficient, the system requests clarification, and if an error occurs, it notifies the user.

One of "GigaAgent's" key features is its ability to modify its own program code. The changes made are saved in a Git repository, allowing developers to track the history of edits and revert to previous versions if necessary.

The system is based on the self-developing AI agent Ouroboros, created by researchers at the AIRI Institute. Currently, the project is being jointly developed by AIRI and "Sber" specialists. According to the developers, in the Terminal Bench 2.1 test, "GigaAgent" scored 86.97% when using Anthropic's Opus 5 model.

Domestic platforms are used for storing and processing user information. "GigaAgent" can be launched, in particular, through the Agents Space environment.
