The necessary documents for issuing a type certificate for the domestic short-haul aircraft Il-114-300 have been submitted to Rosaviatsiya. This was stated by the state corporation Rostec.
Certification flights have been completed in full. All the necessary documents have been submitted to Rosaviatsiya. The type certificate is planned to be obtained in the near future.
Aviation analysts reported at the beginning of January that the Il-114-300 had completed its basic certification program.
At that time, the airliner only had to complete the planned certificate extensions for flights in icing conditions and low temperatures.
At the end of last month, the Il-114-300 took part in the international air show Wings India. Rostec reported the signing of a contract for the delivery of six aircraft to the private Indian company Flamingo Aerospace.
