Another lawsuit has been filed against the Tula enterprise "KB named after A. G. Shipunov" in the region's Arbitration Court. The claimant against the weapons company is JSC "Tulatotchmash".
The amount of the new claim is 86.2 million rubles; it was registered in the court filing system on January 28, 2026.
This is already the eighth lawsuit by Tulatotchmash against the Shipunov Design Bureau. The case concerns a dispute between defense enterprises, so the details are hidden from the media and the general public.
Last week, on January 22, JSC "Tulatotchmash" filed seven lawsuits at once against JSC "KBP named after A. G. Shipunov" for a total amount of 381 million rubles. Now the total amount of the claims has increased to 467 million rubles.
To recall, the Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927. The company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Krasnopol artillery systems, Hermes-A missile systems, Berezhok and Bakhcha-U fire control systems.
The company often appears as a defendant in high-profile economic disputes. In the autumn of 2025, the Russian Ministry of Defence announced the recovery of 1.47 billion rubles from the designers; the amount may even increase taking court costs into account.
