The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the Shipunov Design Bureau in Tula. The statement of the military department was registered in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
The amount of the department's claims reaches 1.47 billion rubles, and may increase taking into account legal costs.

The Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927, the company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Kornet anti-tank missile systems and Krasnopol artillery systems, Hermes-A missile systems, Berezhok and Bakhcha-U fire control systems.
