The Tula enterprise JSC "Tulatochmash" filed seven lawsuits at once against JSC "Instrument Design Bureau named after Academician A. G. Shipunov." The applications were registered in court.
The total amount of claims is 381 million rubles. Details on all these cases are still unknown, but, apparently, the meetings will again be held behind closed doors. Previously, the companies did not sort out relations in court.
As a reminder, the Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927, the company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Krasnopol artillery systems, Hermes-A missile systems, Berezhok fire control systems and Bakhcha-U.
JSC "Tulatochmash" produces computer and dynamic simulators for training in shooting and driving BMP-2, BMP-3, BTR-80, BTR-82A, T-72, T-80, T-90 tanks.
The Shipunov Bureau often becomes a participant in high-profile lawsuits. In the fall of 2025, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the recovery of 1.47 billion rubles from the designers, taking into account legal costs, the amount may even increase.
